EM Coating

EM Coating is a brief of ElectroMagnetic Radiation Shield Coating.

ElectroMagnetic radiation shield coating is composite high-conductivity material which is made of of special resins, conductive fillers (AG, AG/CU, NI, C/graphene, special alloys), etc. through special processes. The coating has good conductivity and electromagnetic wave absorption performance, which can reduce the intensity of electromagnetic waves to an allowable level or limit its influence within a certain range, effectively suppressing the interference of electromagnetic disturbance sources to surrounding sensitive equipment or harm to personnel. Also, it can be used to communicate secretly in electromagnetic surroundings, such as in battle field camp.

Electromagnetic Radiation Shielding Coating has the following characteristics:

Anti-Electromagnetic Interference Shielding Coatings(EM Coatings) are widely used:
1.Applied to radiation protection (anti-electromagnetic wave, electromagnetic protection coating), anti-electromagnetic wave interference and anti-static in buildings, etc.
2.Widely used in hospitals, telecommunications, substations, computer rooms and other large and medium-sized industrial rooms, petroleum industry, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, confidential places, electric vehicles, electronic parts production and other industries.
3.It is applied to some plastics, rubber and plastics that are susceptible to electromagnetic wave interference, such as the inner surface of plastic casings and chassis of precision instruments and military equipment, to form a conductive coating. The conductivity of the coating is used to make it have the same properties of absorbing, transmitting and attenuating electromagnetic waves as metal, preventing external electromagnetic waves from interfering with the internal circuits and components of the instrument, and also preventing the internal information of the instrument from leaking to the outside world.
4.Used in the production of electromagnetic shielding/(conductive) rubber, conductive gaskets, conductive adhesives, electromagnetic shielding plastics, electromagnetic shielding plates, electromagnetic shielding films, waveguide ventilation plates and various shielding materials.
